Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes, so payments go straight to your bank. We start the Stripe setup for you with your gym's details filled in.
Can I bring my members from my current software?
Yes. Most gym software exports a spreadsheet. We import members, families, belts and plans, and you pick the day billing starts so nobody pays twice.
Do members have to download an app?
No. Your gym's app opens in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. Members sign in with a link sent to their email, no passwords.
What if I want to leave?
Download your members and payments as spreadsheets any time from Settings. There's no contract.
Who helps us get set up?
We do. We set up your plans, schedule and import with you, and help you get the front-desk tablet running.
